How do I buy an order in the Virtual Store?

If the product you purchased from the Virtual store is inappropriate, incorrect,
or damaged, please submit a return or refund by selecting the appropriate reason.

What shipping services work with the Virtual Store?

Can I change my payment method?

You cannot change the payment method after placing an order.

Payment Options

Virtual Store Indonesia supports Credit/Debit card payments, Bank transfers, Q-ris, BCA click pay, OCTO clicks, Danamon online banking, Alfa group, Akulaku paylater, UOB Ez Pay.

How do I know if my payment was successful?

If your payment has been successfully processed, you will receive a notification via notification.

Is there a payment deadline?

Yes. You need to make payment within 1×24 hours of the order being made. If you do not make a payment within 24 hours, the order will be automatically cancelled.

Why don’t I get Points?

If you have not received your points, it is probably due to the following reasons:

  • Your transaction does not include a cashback promo
  • Your order is incomplete
  • The cashback points voucher was not applied successfully at checkout
  • The system has detected an order that may violate the rules
  • Product ratings/reviews do not meet the criteria or are marked as spam

About Points

Points are the official virtual currency on the VSI platform. You can earn Points through your purchases, taking part in activities and more in the app. Every 1 (one) VSI Point earned is equivalent to IDR 1, and you can use it to offset your transaction amount when making purchases in the application.

There is a limit to the number of Points you can earn and use.
Points cannot be exchanged for cash.
